We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes the things you buy online aren’t quite what you envisioned. You can return unwanted items for a full refund minus shipping within 7 DAYS of delivery date.
Please include the store receipt in your package.
For your convenience, we inspect all our products prior to shipping for damages and inconsistencies. We strongly advise that you check all products upon delivery before removing any tags and labels.
Any sale items and items purchased with store credit are final sale.
IN STORE PICKUP
In store pickup has the same return policy as an in-store purchase:
1 day refund; 14 days for store credit.
The package must be picked up within 24 hours of when you received the email that the order is ready, in order for us to honor a return.
ANY ORDER THAT IS SHIPPED OUT MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO SPARKLES. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IN STORE RETURNS OF ANY ITEM THAT WAS NOT PURCHASED/PICKED UP IN STORE.
We will accept returned item(s) only if they are in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged) and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels and packaging, within the time limit mentioned above.
Returned items that are missing tags and/or damaged, altered will not be accepted as return OR sent back to the customer.
If you have received a gift purchased on Sparkle.com, you can exchange it for another item(s) of the same value or more. Please note that you will be required to pay any difference in cost, as well as additional shipping. Any unused credit will remain in your account for your next purchase.
